Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the care and quality of our handcrafted products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, we’re happy to make things right if there’s an issue.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all body care and skincare products are final sale.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or offer store credit if eligible.

3. Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be in production or shipping.
